Business and tax responsibility
Reports, VAT summaries, and accounting outputs are provided to support operations. Businesses should review records before filing returns or making statutory submissions.
Payments and integrations
Mobile money, WhatsApp, email, and other integrations depend on provider configuration and availability. Failed provider connections should be reviewed by an administrator or engineer before retrying in production.
Data protection
Customer, employee, supplier, and transaction data should be handled according to applicable privacy and business record-keeping requirements. Access should be limited to authorised users.
